www.taxidermyvideos.com/opmocorugmo.html This link is from a taxidermist who makes videos on mounting most animals, everything from coyotes to fish to birds. They have full mounts, rugs, and head mounts. I got to thinking there might be some trappers who have never learned how to take care of the head and feet of an pelt. I had never heard of it until moving to Alaska where it is common practice. There two videos that show how to do eyes, nose, ears, lips, and feet. On one they show how to do a coyote rug, the other they show how to do a full mount mountain lion. The detail isn't the greatest but if you watch close you Will be able to pick it up OK. I can say from experience if a pelt is done with taxidermist quality in mind it will bring more at auction and the extra time is well spent. Who knows it may turn into a money making hobby. The cost of the DVDs and VHS tapes are fairly reasonable, well worth the investment.
