With a dirt hole set, how far should the trap be from the hole. I was looking at the home page under "fox set" and I believe it was 10 inches. How about if I was to set doubles do i need to put one behind that trap or infront(closer to the hole).

Hey guys, how's everything going? Not a lot over my way. We just bought a 05' fish n ski ranger boat. So mom, dad, payton(sister) and I are starting to go to the lake. Its a pretty nice boat. Has a 200 yamaha V-Max fuel injected ;D.

I'm probably asking a stupid question but I don't know what musice wire is. Is it just like the coil springs?

I thought of instead of digging out a hole in the dirt and takeing a chance of getting robbed by fox and yotes, Take a pice of PVC pipe about 4-5 inches long and cap it on one end. Place the lure or bait in the pipe and drive it in the ground at a angle as you would a hole. Would this work pretty good? You could hide the edge or the pipe with grass or dirt so the pipe wouldn't be visible.

I just got back from catfishing this morning around 11:00 a.m. We left last night around 7:00p.m and stayed up all night catfishing with chiken livers. They wasn't biteing to much. Only caught 5 between the 3 of us. Had fun though just talking with the boys.
